This mother-and-daughter team were great from start to finish. Competitive quite; prompt response to my Checkatrade request; flexible re: booking; timely arrival; set to work immediately; clearly knowledgeable and experienced; all wastewater removed from site via a tank in their van - no pouring it down our drains! Thoroughly recommended.

Stain Away was a pleasure to deal with from initial contact to completion of the work. They were extremely prompt and efficient at dealing with my initial enquiry and booking. The carpet that needed cleaning was in my mum's house. It was very messy and badly stained but Stain Away did a great job in cleaning it up and provided me with photos so I could see the before and after. I'm very happy with the result and I wouldn't hesitate to use Stain Away again and to recommend them.

Excellent carpet cleaners. Came to clean all the carpets and sofa in our house. They done an amazing job at lifting up a horrible mess in our living room carpet, Wouldn't even know it was there. All of the carpets and sofa now feel soft and clean, Like they were new. I will definitely have Them back next year to keep our carpets clean and fresh. Definitely recommend them to anyone for carpet cleaning.

As we’re about to put our property on the market, we booked Stain Away to give the carpets a good clean in readiness for its marketing. Sally and Amanda were incredibly patient as we had to postpone them on more than one occasion. They did a brilliant job on the carpets and the results were beyond our expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and use their services again.
