  Potential wasp infestation

  They responded in minutes and attended within the hour. Unfortunately they are honey bees not wasps. Nevertheless the chap gave us excellent advice and spent at least 45 minutes trying to find the entry point. He h gave us a contact with a local beekeeper who might be able to help resolve the problem. He only wanted to charge us £25 but we thought that unfair for his time and fuel so happily paid £50.

  Pigeons under solar panels

  We had trouble with birds nesting underneath our panels, as well as possible squirrels entering through the roof. Dave provided a quote and scheduled the scaffolding for after 2 weeks. His colleague carried out the bird proofing work. He couldn't complete the work initially because of a delivery so it was completed the week after. The work only took one day – he installed some bird excluders around the panels, cleared debris, gutters and also patched some gaps we'd spotted in the roof. The birds haven't gotten in so far, so hope it stays that way!

  Evidence of rat in the loft

  Very thorough, open and informative. Explained each step of the solution and the reasons why they were necessary. Very professional… I would highly recommend and will certainly use again if required in the future.

  Bees in a bush very close to the house.

  Dave answered the advert very quickly and gave details of his service. I contacted him to arrange a call out and he came out the next morning. He's a very knowledgeable and professional person who went out of his way to explain why we have the problem and what is likely to happen. No hive could be found and it was decided that the bees were just doing their thing and if left alone would not be an issue. Although there was nothing to be done I'm confident that Dave would have ensured that any problem would have been corrected and at a reasonable rate. Highly recommended.

  Birds in attic

  I contacted Stag Pest Services after being worried about birds in the loft. Arranged a time for him to come easily, came out as agreed and provided us with some advice after not finding anything. This service was free, but if we had of needed any work he’d have been the man for the job. Thankyou for you time and expertise.

  Mouse / Rat Problem in House Loft

  Excellent job so far ⭐️ Communication was great from day one. I had issues with mice / rats in the house, with noises coming from the loft recently. Dave arrived on time, and started a thorough investigation immediately, checking the property from the outside first. He even took units apart and discovered droppings in places you wouldn’t check yourself! He explained everything well. Lastly, he checked the loft and confirmed evidence of rat droppings in the attic. He then laid traps and bait, and is now due to come out after 7 days to check. Excellent work so far! Thanks Dave
