  Stag Heating responded immediately when we contacted them and arranged for a visit the following day. Our gas fire had failed. Rob the engineer came fully prepared for the job. The problem was identified and the repair carried out the same day. Rob was extremely kind, pleasant, polite, clean and professional. He would not leave until he was satisfied that the repair was complete. He couldn’t do enough to help and went out of his way to ensure that everything was totally safe and working. We have no hesitation in recommending stag heating and we shall certainly use their service in the future.

  Boiler service and kitchen tap replacement

  Contacted me very quickly after I posted the job. And stayed in contacted throughout. Booked me in within a couple of days. The job was done in under an hour and emailed my the boiler service certificate straight after. Both Robert and his apprentice were efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.

  Boiler replacement

  Rob and Lawrence came to check on a boiler problem I was having that ended up being a full boiler replacement.They gave me my options and the costs aswell as listening to what I would like also.They kept me updated on arrival times,work schedules etc.Really easy guys to be around…
