We needed a complete overhaul of our septic tank system and drainage. Contacted Wes who provided a clear explanation of work required. Date for start agreed and all commenced on agreed date. Very tidy work and cleaned up well. Care taken to protect drive and lawn with mats for skip and digger. All left neat and tidy and invoice in alignment with quote (small increase but this was pre-agreed). So far working as designed…

Staffordshire and Cheshire septic tank specialists have been absolutely outstanding. Their prompt communication, reliability and workmanship have been second to none. They arrived when they said they would and no hidden extras. Would 100% recommend this company.

As per the other tank Westley installed here, the position of the tank was hard to access (in this case quite a way down over a short brick wall), and with landscaping features that had to be navigated through with minimal disturbance. Westley is extremely solution oriented and never moans about the challenge each job presents him. When it became clear that a narrower digger was required, he swapped it without demur. He even removed umpteen wall coping stones undamaged, and cemented them back onto the wall for us afterwards. Nothing seems too much bother which is a blessing.

Wes was super responsive and very professional. Contacted him for a quote and he was straight out to see the job. Gave me a quote straight away and we went with it. What I liked about Wes was that he seemed like one of those people you trust straight away. He didn’t complain about property access ( like most do ) and I felt you know if there are any problems or issues, he’d be the type to just fix them. He turned up when promised and organised the job perfectly. He worked respectfully and efficiently. He left the place tidy and for something so disruptive it was like he wasn’t there! Thank you
