  The team organised and managed all aspects of the work to completion within the agreed time frame and budget. They kept me informed and explained what they were doing (e.g. new ridge, breathable, standard) and what they would achieve each day. Would use again.

  Shane responded extremely quickly to my query, and booked in to visit my home to see the work that was needed. Contacted me the same day to provide a quote, but also took the time to explain to me the options. My roof is now repaired within a few days of my initial request. The whole process was smooth. But the part that I am happiest the most with is that I felt comfortable and confident in Shane and didn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of (which I have had from previous experiences).   We recently had a full new roof installed by TilePro Roofing Ltd and couldn’t be happier with the result. From the initial quote through to completion, the team were professional, reliable, and easy to deal with.   We asked for a quote to replace our roof, fascias , suffixes, gutters and downpipes. We had an acceptable quote, agreed a date for the work to be done which was completed on time. We were kept informed of plans for the work to be carried out from scaffolding through to tidy up. Their crew worked very efficiently and the work was done to a high standard.
