  Simon came to trim some tall conifers and remove a tree stump. He did a fantastic job, and obviously takes great care and pride in his work. The young lad who worked with him also did a great job of tidying up all the branches that were cut off and left the garden clean and tidy. Simon is a lovely guy and very knowledgeable about his trade. Prices are very compeditive, and his communication and time keeping is first class. would highly recommend.

  Thank you for the great job completed removing some very over grown leylandii trees from our garden. The work was completed quickly and the guys cleared up any mess before leaving. The following day a poorly lopped tree was taken down with stump removed, again done very quickly and left tidy. The service was great and communication prior and during the job was very good too, all at a very reasonable cost, thank you.

  Had these guys to pollard a huge lime tree, Hazel tree and crab apple to both back & front gardens. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous hard working and left everywhere very tidy. We were really happy with the work & would not hesitate to use them again or recommend.

  Conifer removal plus tree and shrub shaping

  Smith & Sons Tree Surgery did a great job of removing and stump grinding a tall conifer plus reshaping a few tall trees and various shrubs in a garden that had become overgrown with difficult access. Simon has extensive knowledge of his subject and his helpful suggestions of what needed to be done were very much needed and appreciated. He and the lads worked hard and managed to create a tidy garden for a very fair price. So I have no hesitation in recommending Simon to anyone looking for a really good surgeon.
