Steve was recommended on Facebook by many local people so, after a major black coffee spillage onto a cream carpet, we decided to give him a try. He was so friendly and courteous from the offset, always replying promptly, turning up on time and fitting us in at very short notice. The stain proved to be quite a challenge (probably because I had made the problem worse by trying to clean it up myself), but Steve persevered until it was gone - even slotting us in at the end of a working day. A lovely guy who gives a 5 star service. Cannot recommend highly enough!
