    Simon did a fantastic and thorough job and is very knowledgeable and skilled. He is hard-working, friendly, reliable and punctual. He also kindly gave me expert advice in response to a few questions I had, which I will call on for the rest of my decorating. Nothing was too much trouble. Great and swift communication. I highly recommend.

Hi my name is Simon Rees and I am the sole trader of my business SR Property Maintenance.

I decided to start my own business in January 2018 and have experience in many aspects of property maintenance having started my career as a teenager in the building trade.

I take on many types of jobs internal and external; the types of services I have provided are complete external refurbishments, concreting, repointing, internal painting right through to smaller jobs such as installing curtain rails, blinds and jet washing.
