Sean was extremely thorough, patient and professional - going far beyond what most others offer even before work had been agreed. We had dry rot and his team diagnosed the problem, removed and replaced floors / wall plaster and treated everything thoroughly and quickly - making time to take care with our home and requests. Top work and top team.

Spotted some woodworm damage in my garage. Asked S P Property for a quote. I received a call promptly. Shaun asked for so photos to help diagnose the problem. From this it was decided I could do it myself, thanks for your help.

We recently purchased a small Grade 2 Listed cottage that had damp issues on the ground floor outside facing walls. As part of our mortgage offer we had to get a damp and timber survey carried out and had to attend to any issues within 6 months of purchase. SRC Property Care were asked to carry out this survey and also provided a decent quote to carry out the rectification works which we took out. The purchase process was turgid to say the least but SRC Property Care Ltd couldn't have been more helpful and aimiable throughout which helped us greatly. Work completed directly after we got keys!

Sean conducted a through investigation, checking the external property and internal wall. He inspected the external bricks/tiles and measured dampness on internal wall, and was able to reassure my Mum that no structural work was required. He explained what work (cosmetic) should be done moving forward. Sean arrived at the agreed time, and was friendly and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I phoned up to book the survey and spoke with Sean Rooney, who spent quite a while listening to what I noticed on viewing the property , plus he explained what the survey involved. I explained that the survey was needed quickly and it was booked in very quickly (within a week). Price quoted was very reasonable and having chatted with Sean I felt very confident that the survey would be carried out professionally. I asked Sean to call me once the survey had been completed and we did have a 15 minute chat that was really helpful and the comprehensive report was received within 24 hours.
