    Total refurbishment of 2 sofas a footstool and 8 cushions5

    We invited 2 companies to quote for the work, S Roberts and Material Things, we chose Steve Roberts because of his professional approach and ‘can do’ attitude. They not only recovered our sofas they completely overhauled them with new tenchnology support cushions that no longer sagged after sitting in for 30 minutes. They expertly advised us on the material fabric visited our home setting and advised on its interior design needs. The job was fitted in during our holiday, we just gave them our keys and on our return the sofas were like new the room clean and even our rug put down. Brilliant.

    Revitalisation

    I had an old but well loved set of conservatory furniture which needed an uplift and as soon as Steve it he saw the potential and has worked his magic to create a smart, already well admired and comfortable set of furniture. It's ready for summer and welcoming friends and family to spend cosy times with that cup of coffee. My thanks also goes to Andy for mending and replacing the sofa leg so that I can once again sit and watch the TV in my favourite spot.

    Repairing and recovering two antique armchairs

S Roberts Upholsterers is an established business that was started in 1998 by Steve Roberts, the owner.

We have a large workshop that we run in Emsworth, Hampshire and take on a huge variety of Upholstery work. These range from General Domestic Upholstery to include Furniture Repairs, Replacement Foam and Feather Cushions and Loose Covers to Commercial Upholstery for Hotels, Ships, Restaurants etc.

Re-upholstering and Restoring Antique Furniture is a speciality of ours using traditional materials where required.

As a team we pride ourselves on being able to offer diversity to our customers. We can really achieve anything from re-upholstering a headboard to designing, making and re-upholstering new furniture.

We provide a free measuring and quotation service and feel that we offer a very competitive price for the quality of craftsmanship that our customers receive.
