Second time used this company - again prompt efficient service, kept informed throughout process

Great bunch of lads (and very polite). Needed my back door changed for a while so I went with SRJ Windows as my neighbours recommended them. As soon as I called they were so helpful and arrived as soon as they possibly could. They were so quick and also clean, no mess left behind! Fantastic job, well done. Highly recommended!

Excellent company! This company has carried out repairs and installation on many of my letting properties both domestic and commercial. These people are extremely reliable and efficient. They also have an extensive knowledge which has offered me solutions to save on costs whilst maintaining the quality. Outstanding work on all occasions and always provide a fair price. Can’t recommend enough.

SRJ windows were very polite professional and helpful

I noticed one of the window hinges weren’t replaced so I asked the guy to which he replied defensively. I wasn’t happy with his rude attitude so asked not to carry out the job any further and I’ll pay for the four hinges that he had already replaced, to which he replied I had to pay the full price and let him complete the job which sounded threatening. I called the boss and he said to pay £270 for the four hinges which I thought was extortionate but I payed anyway and didn’t even get a receipt.
