I engaged SRJeanes for what we all expected to be a small job (test an outdoor socket then fit a waterproof box around it to trickle charge my electric car). The socket however was unsuitable (fed from a lighting circuit), making it a much bigger job: including drilling through a thick wall to feed new cabling to outside. The work was done by young Sean in consultation with owner Sean. Both were completely professional at all times, happy to answer my questions, and made sure I understood everything being done. End result was good and all mess cleaned up. Would definitely use them again.

Very prompt communication and turned up when booked. Very helpful and solved the issue quickly.

S. R Jeanes are the go to electrician in my opinion in the Godalming area. I have used their services several times in the past. Recently they swiftly and efficiently carried out two jobs for me, the fitting of a bathroom fan and the removal of a faulty security light. Small jobs but in both cases carried out quickly and successfully, with reasonable price, good response, reliable time keeping and courteous staff.I would certainly use them for major work if I needed it.

Response to my initial message was quick, and a date was fixed. The work was undertaken in a neat and tidy manner. Young Sean (not the owner) cleared up after himself, and was polite and personable. I’m already planning on getting them in to put in a couple more sockets, so obviously I’m a happy customer.

We had dealings with the owner Sean, and one of his employees also called Sean, and they are both lovely guys and we will be happy to deal with them again the next time we need something They were professional, arrived on time, did what they promised, and were very easy to get in contact with and ask questions to, etc. throughout the process, which unfortunately I have recently found to be a surprisingly-rare thing amongst the few other electricians we first contacted about the work, and that respectful treatment is one of many reasons we would pick them again.

I'm very happy with the work done, would recommend and use again.
