  Bringing a conversion up to building regs

  Steve is a hero among men, he came over to look at our job the day after I first contacted him. It was then a month until I contacted him again but he had it complete and signed off by building control within a week. He is very easy to talk to, easy to get hold of and is extremely punctual. His experience in the trade is obvious and he was reassuring right from the start that the mess we found ourselves in could be fixed. If I ever need any building work done in future, I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again, I would recommend him to anyone.

  Garage Conversion

  Steve spent a few weeks converting our garage into a storage space and habitable room. We loved having him here, he was professional, personable and always honest and upfront about choices, costs and timings. We’re new to the area and feel so lucky to have chosen such a nice bloke who does such fantastic work. Not only was everything to our expectations but he also ensured there were additional bits and pieces that really make the whole space just perfect for us. Can’t recommend enough.

  Garage Conversion

  Steve is a really nice man and the contactors he used for some of the work (bricky, plasterer, sparky, plumber and window fitters all did a class job and all turned up on the day and time they said they would). The only negative was Steve is not the best singer, but very entertaining. He was also on the phone when we needed him, gave good advice and finished on the day he said he would. Thank You

  Converting a detached double garage into a one-bedroom bungalow

  Steve and his trade colleagues have made a fabulous job of converting our garage into a cosy home for my mother. We had architect plans and went for planning permission but were advised throughout the process by Steve and his colleagues as we had to make choices during the build. Everyone was pleasant, hard working and created an excellent finished product. Cannot wait for my mum to see it (11 days away for her move). Thanks to all involved. Six weeks from start to finish.

  Single garage conversion to office

  Competitive quote for single garage conversion, covering; Raising roof height New roof Door Window Wiring for power and internet And everything else needed to make it a cosy space Kept informed of schedule and each step, sub contractors were always polite and friendly, just keep them well watered with hot drinks in these colder months. Electrician done a very tidy job indeed added a cheeky usb plug even though I forgot to ask for one. Took about 4 weeks once they got going around weather.
