Shaun was really communicative and helpful and explained all our options. After another plumber had left us in a muddle with a half fixed diverter valve, he sorted it out quickly but thoroughly. Will definitely use him for future work.

Shaun was great from start to finish. I called him and he responded straight away and booked the work in. Shaun gave me a very reasonable quote for the work carried out, the work was a little more challenging than originally thought but Shaun had the equipment and time to make sure the job was completed to an excellent standard. I couldn't be happier with the work and would recommend Shaun for your plumbing needs. He was friendly and explained the whole process.

Shaun responded quickly to contact and arranged to come out within 24hrs. He took the time to explain what the issue was, and the fix. Patiently listened to me asking questions and provided advice for future product. Reliable and fairly priced. With a polite and professional manner. We had Shaun come out to remove our kitchen radiator so the I could paint behind and then put back on. Shaun is a lovely bloke , very reliable and extremely clean when doing any kind of work. A weath of knowledge and very happy to give advice . We've had shaun fit our shower and change many a tap . Well done Shaun . Top bloke , honest and a very good plumber .

Shaun was excellent, a true professional. He came with well thought through solutions and realistic expectations. He was not all phased by the trickiest of this job which others plumber had not wanted as it was too hard. He used some innovation. He was incredibly punctual, reliable and left his work space cleaner than when he arrived. We are using him again for more work.
