  The upstairs lights worked and then didnt properly. I couldn't work out why this was happening.

  So Steve turned up on time. Very professional but friendly and understanding. He reassured me that he was going to find the problem after going through the troubles we had with the upstairs lights. Within 5 minutes of turning up, he found the problem after I explained that the Downstairs loo light didn't work when I turned Off the Upstairs lighting circuit. Steve reassured me that he would fix it. Steve took off the ceiling rose in the bathroom and there was the problem. A loose wire. All fixed. Steve certainly knows his trade. I will definitely use Steve again.

  The standard of work following remedial work in Main Hall, Boiler Compartment, toilets and kitchen was of a very high standard. And the Hall Committee is please with work completed on time and for a respectable price.
