  Living room Alteration

  Sam and his team removed a large window and altered the opening and fitted a new double glazed unit to improve our 1970's bungalow. As part of the design the exterior was rendered and the new exterior looks fantastic. On the interior, a new stud wall was added with additional insulation. An old fashioned fireplace was removed and replaced by a lovely new contemporary one. The textured ceiling was skimmed and the whole room looks beautiful. The new electric fire in particular is admired by all who visit! A really cold snap delayed the exterior rendering, but Sam kept us informed throughout.

  I recently Had building work completed by Sam and his team at s and s building and landscaping, and I am highly impressed With the outcome. The team Were professional and efficient and delivered top notch Craftsmanship. Communication was clear throughout, and the project was completed on time. I would highly recommend sam and his team for and building needs.

  Garden edges and stoned

  Arrived on the day that they said they would. Job took 3 days as they said it would. Went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted. All throughout the work they checked that I was happy. Absolutely would recommend these guys.

  From quote to completion we could not be happier with the service we received from Sam and his team. Such was Sam’s manner we trusted him with the job while we were away. Any unforeseen issues were smoothly resolved and we 100% trusted the costings that Sam came to and shared where appropriate. Besides the highest quality of work, the tradesmen were the most professional we have encountered. Jay (Electrical) and Rich (Carpenter) could not do enough to make sure we were happy with their work. Sam was polite, punctual and someone we would without doubt, use again and are happy to recommend.
