Although Parminder was reliable and did a very good job, I was not happy that he didn't use dustsheets to protect the parquet flooring, nor the carpet in the staircase. This resulted in scratches on the parquet, where he put his toolbox, and shifted it. Out of the 3 brackets on the main handrail, 2 were drilled in the wrong place to start with and now I have holes with filler in the wallpaper (not very visible). I also have a stain on the wallpaper from the stainer applied to the handrail.

Parm called and quoted based on my pictures, came on time and did a fantastic job, issues from previous fitter, he worked around these and fitted the draws into an existing unit, excellent from the start
