  Prompt, high standard, clean and tidy.

  Stuart installed a new shower pump for the en-suite and a complete shower install in main bathroom. Communication from the outset was fast. Stuart turned up when he said he would, on time and the work was carried out to a high standard. Cleanliness is 5*. Had it not been for the new shower being visible, you would not know any work had been carried out.

  I would never change my plumber!

  I’ve used this company for years and they never disappoint. Efficient, truthful, courteous, on time, clear up, explain what’s needed by the customer, if there is an alternative happy to discuss pros and cons. I happily would leave them to carry out a piece of work and go out! When I moved they came within 24 hrs to plumb in equipment and now my new neighbours use them. I recommend them 100%.

  Removal of old boiler and reconnection of radiators

  Stuart took out an old defunct boiler for us and reconnected radiators to our gas boiler. It was a bit fiddly as he had to go into the ceiling to access the pipes and avoid damaging the flooring on the floor above. As usual he did a great job, very tidy and efficient.

  Stuart was very professional. Good communication. Quote provided and date agreed to complete work. Needed several smallish jobs sorting. Arrived on time and completed all work efficiently. Explained and showed me work he’d carried out before he left. Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.
