Came quickly and fixed the problem once the ordered part had arrived.

Mark visited my tenanted house to assess issues with the washing machine that tenants were experiencing, so I had piece of mind that a new washing machine was indeed required over an easy repair. Mark could attend the following day (very quick!) and very quickly diagnosed the fault. Very grateful for having the insight before simply spending money on a new machine. Pricing was clear and fair, and communication was excellent. Would recommend and use Mark again in the future.
