I recently had my boiler serviced by Sam, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, Sam was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing, pointed out a couple of minor issues before they became real problems, and left everything clean and tidy. It’s clear Sam takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about providing great service. I now have peace of mind knowing my boiler is running safely and efficiently. Really straightforward to work with Sam. He was the only one that came out to do an in person diagnostic check before quoting. His quote was then very competitive. He was friendly and polite and got on with the job without fuss. He kept the place clean and tidy and was thorough in checking everything was working after the job was done.
