  Cutting back hawthorn tree and butterfly tree.

  This is an update to my previous review where I left a 0 rate and negative review. Shane phoned me yesterday and made arrangements to come to me on today. Today he called to say he was 15 to 20 minutes away. Arrived on time. He and his brother did a great job. As friendly as ever.

  Didn't come.

  Shane agreed to come Monday to quote me. He never came. 9.45pm I get a text from him to say he had completely forgot to pop round but would be able to come tomorrow if I was in. I agreed, he said it would be about 6pm. Again didn't come. No communication to say why. I've had Shane do work for me before and he does tent to rearrange at the last minute, but this time he's out done himself. Totally unreliable. Will look elsewhere now.

  Cut down 2 trees

  Amazing job.. Arrived on time, polite, took down the trees with no issues and tidied up afterwards. Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

  Garden Tree Trimming

  Shane came round and gave professional advice & a brilliant quote in regards to cutting/trimming down over grown trees in our garden. The booking process was quick and easy. Communication was brilliant even once the job had been complete making sure we were happy with the work done. There wasn’t a sign that they had been, everything was left tidy all tree waste was disposed off. Will definitely be booking in with Shane in the future, cannot thank him enough and would recommend his services to anybody.

  Tree removal

  Shane & his colleague came and quoted for a removal of a tree in my back garden, they was both very professional and polite, they came and removed my tree in time they specified, they kept me updated throughout the work, they did an amazing job & I’m very happy with it, highly recommended.

  Cut up and removed the fallen trunk of a dead tree.

  The trader came promptly to give us a quote for the work, which was acceptable. When asked when it could be done, he replied that it could be done immediately if we wished. He and his assistant then did the job efficiently and tidied up as much as was possible afterwards. Very satisfied with the work. Price competitive with others who had estimated (without turning up to view the job) and who had failed to respond to our first approach. Would not hesitate to recommend SP Tree and Gardens.
