It has been a pleasure dealing with Sam. My elderly mother’s wet room floor failed and needed replacing. Sam was very professional from the start providing a clear quote with different contingencies built in. He explained the best and worst case scenarios. He was responsive to messages. In the end, the sub floor was in better condition than feared and I paid only the basic price without the contingencies. Sam knew what he was doing and got on with it without fuss. He was a tidy and considerate worker, leaving everything clean at the end of the day. I recommend him without hesitation!
