Attended promptly on day of contact. He explained what the problems were and gave me price for 2 solutions. No pressure for either solution. Decision made and price agreed. Work carried out immediately. Very impressed with the whole process and satisfied with the result.

Phenomenal service yet again! Communication on point, turned up exactly when agreed, assessed the work, went and got the required parts and had the door as good as new within a couple of hours. Old style quality service but with modern methods, can't really ask much more SPS. Have used before and will use again, highly recommended. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

job request made in the evening. SPS attended for a quote at 930 next morning, I apprpved the quote and SPS had supplied and fitted the lock 2 hour later. Great service and thoroughly pleasant to deal with.
