  Steven and his team did a great job on our roof, replacing the felt. Explained the work and quoted for what we needed. Kept us informed on how it was progressing. Also happy to start a bit later to not disrupt a neighbour.

  Steve had never met us before, but came out immediately when I rang about rain suddenly coming through the bedroom ceiling. He quickly discovered several rips in our 50+ year-old felt and advised full replacement on that side would be the best solution (although he did offer a cheaper patch option). He and his team worked over the next weekend and on a planned day off to complete the necessary work to an excellent standard and at a competitive price. He communicated frequently and well, either inviting me up to look or sharing helpful videos. We would definitely use him again.

  Steve's communication was excellent and he came promptly to give his opinion on what had caused the leak and gave us a quote for the repair immediately. He was very pleasant and courteous. As he was completing the work he showed us photos as he progressed carrying out the repair which was reassuring. When the job was completed he told us to contact him if any problems arose. We would certainly recommend him.
