Finding a fitter was the most important part of our bathroom refit having had our fingers burnt more than once before in the past. Kevin was an obvious choice. Professional, friendly and SUCH a meticulous level of detail. Everything was taken care of from skip delivery, waste clearance & full consultancy on products we should choose. A true master craftsman who is well connected in the trade and will only work with others who are also best-in-class with their particular skills. This was the best experience I have had with a tradesman!! Everything was done professionally: from communication, to issues which arose during the refit, to making sure all additional costs were understood prior to any work being done. In addition, came out promptly when one plate was a little loose - with no issues. There were no surprises and dealing with Kevin was a joy. Am so pleased have decided to redo a second bathroom using his services again.

Springtide (Kevin) initially fitted out these 3 rooms for us approximately 10 years ago, exactly to our requirements. Wanting to update & refit them again & knowing that Kevin was still specialising in his field he was an obvious choice. Kevin fully re-fitted three bathrooms for me. His communication was excellent throughout the process from the initial survey to the precise details of the design throughout the job. The quality of his and his team’s work was very high including the tiling, electrical work and painting. Despite the work requiring several different trades to work at multiple different times over a couple of months to complete all the rooms, there was never a delay due to unavailability.
