Kevin completed a full renovation of 3 bathrooms. He was reliable and professional, his attention to detail stood out, and the quality of the finish is excellent. Throughout, Kevin was flexible, suggesting improvements to the design as the work progressed. His communication was great, he regularly checked in on details and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The trades he contracted, particularly the tilers and plasterers, were also of a high standard and contributed to a fantastic end result. Finding a fitter was the most important part of our bathroom refit having had our fingers burnt more than once before in the past. Kevin was an obvious choice. Professional, friendly and SUCH a meticulous level of detail. Everything was taken care of from skip delivery, waste clearance & full consultancy on products we should choose. This was the best experience I have had with a tradesman!! Everything was done professionally: from communication, to issues which arose during the refit, to making sure all additional costs were understood prior to any work being done. In addition, came out promptly when one plate was a little loose - with no issues. There were no surprises and dealing with Kevin was a joy. Am so pleased have decided to redo a second bathroom using his services again.
