  Rewired the electrics in my garage and repaired my electrical underfloor heating. Work is nice and tidy, very helpful and keeps you informed of what they are doing and why. Provides good advice and solutions to problems.

  Brilliant rewiring work

  Val did the complete rewire of our flat in Chingford. His quote was competitive and he was super competent. As it was an old flat, the condition of the wiring was pretty bad. Val came in with wealth of experience and did a brilliant job at rewiring the whole flat. His communication was great too, prompt and helpful. I have to say he was very professional in getting the job done, no frills no hassle just a great result at the end. We were very happy with the quality of his work and would like to recommend Val to anyone for electrical work. Thank you again for the great work, Val.

  Call out and electrical repairs

  I lost my electricity completely and when looking for an immediate response found Springbank the only company able to visit quickly. They were able to set up an interim solution on the day, despite serious problems. They completed repairs and installation of a new circuit board as promised on time. A big plus was their willingness to return and spend time fixing a series of problems that arose as repairs progressed. Having completed a thorough check I now have certifications as promised. Very happy and thankyou.

  Call out for loss of electricity and subsequent repairs

  I lost my home electricity completely. Others offered immediate call out services but couldn't, Springbank was the only company to deliver on a short time attendance for an emergency. Having set up an effective interim arrangement they were then able to provide solutions to an old house's electrical problems, attending several times until the best solution had been reached. They also provided regular updates on the work being completed, to keep me updated, tidied up and kept working until the problems had been fixed. Thank you very much.

  Kitchen faulty wiring

  The two electricians that came did a good job at trying to fix the issue however was unfortunate that we weren't advised that they would charge for 2 people per hour. Wish that was clarified on the phone prior to coming. Unfortunately our kitchen wiring is very old and the issue is still there despite the 2.5 hour work carried out. Val did mention to my husband that the whole place may need to be rewired to eliminate the issue so this is the case for us sadly.

  Electrical fault in garage

  The two electricians who arrived were courteous and helpful. They located the fault in the garage and outhouse which meant that the pond electrical equipment was not working. They then helped me clear the dirty water and refill the pond. Thank you. A good job done.
