  Blocked toilet fix

  Hired to help unblock a blocked toilet which was not flushing properly and backing up with waste material. SP seemed convinced it was a main pipes issue and spent most of the time trying to find and access the external drain cover. In the end, no issue confirmed nor fixed. Had to call out different plumber who correctly found the fault in the U-bend of toilet and fixed issue - fully working toilet now. Friendly chap though, hence 5/10.

  Broken washing machine

  I needed the washing machine looking at due to a leak as well as locating a precious earring. Fantastic service, came out on such short notice too. Great communication all through out and didn’t leave until the machine was 100% working properly despite the machine being a little resistant. Thank you so much! Very happy and would book in again.
