  Replace a thermostat cartridge in my shower

  Jason came out and found out what the problem was with my shower he took time to Make sure he ordered the correct part for me. He managed my expectations by telling me the delivery date of the part and contacted me when it came in. He did the job was very polite and friendly and I will be speaking to him to do more plumbing work very soon. Thank you

  Jason was very professional and explained as he went along what he was doing. All waste was cleared, the finish is tidy, and he was friendly and easy to deal with. Will contact him again for all future issues going forward.

  Jason did a great job – everything was completed neatly and exactly as quoted. He fitted an access panel, replaced the toilet valve, and resealed/regrouted the shower so it’s now fully watertight. All waste was cleared, the finish is tidy, and he was friendly and easy to deal with. The price matched the estimate, too. Really pleased with the result and will definitely hire Jason again for future plumbing work.

  Jason carried out work to replace a radiator that had come loose from the wall. The job ended up being quite complex because it needed work to reinforce the wall behind it and to replaster (which meant return visits allowing coats to dry). Jason was really patient despite the complexity of the job and was really flexible working around timings with tenants and key access. He was friendly and professional throughout, I'd have no hesitation recommending him - thanks again!
