I have been utilising the services of Steve and his team since 2020. I was renovating my home and engaged Steve's services due to a leak in the bathroom. Although, I engaged the services of another builder I was very impressed by Steve's work ethic, pleasant manner and reasonable prices. As a result, I engaged his company to complete the final touches on my home which included putting up doors, laying down carpet in the storage areas, installing a lock on the back gate etc. Since then, I have called on Steve to do multiple jobs around my home and he is always reliable and efficient.

Steve did great work - on time, as quoted, with clear communication. Would definitely use again. He installed a drain, and damp-proofed and replastered the wall.

I had S P Platinum carry out some damp proofing works on my house, and I’m really pleased with the results. Steve was quick to respond when I got in touch: he came out to look at the property and offered sensible, practical solutions rather than trying to push unnecessary work, which was very reassuring. The team were efficient, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable throughout the works. The workmanship was completed to a very high standard, and they left the property clean and tidy each day. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Steve came round the same day to inspect a patch of damp I discovered while decorating and to provide a quote. He was honest and clear with his findings, and took the time to advise us on the best next steps to deal with the mould. He also kindly checked another wall I was concerned about, which I really appreciated. Very professional and helpful service — I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again in the future. Thank you.
