    Professional, friendly, efficient

    Steve and his team have done three jobs for me in recent months and always arrive promptly, do a thorough and professional job and leave the property looking tidy and well cared for. They have installed a damp proofing system along a wall, fixed some crumbling exterior masonry and filled over some cracks to a wall. Communication has always been excellent and Steve is friendly and considerate. I'd highly recommend S P Platinum and would hire them again without hesitation.

    Hi David thanks for taking the time to give this review i just wanted to reply with some feedback regarding this we did a job of replacing a large section of guttering at the rear of the property and replacing the old faulty guttering coupling at the front of the property. We repaired numerous cracks in the rear external render and painted all the rear section all for a price of £650 which i thought was very reasonable we also sealed around a waste pipe at the rear then painted it and cleared all the moss off the rear extension roof and screwed up the guttering downpipe free of charge for you.

    I have been utilising the services of Steve and his team since 2020. I was renovating my home and engaged Steve's services due to a leak in the bathroom. Although, I engaged the services of another builder I was very impressed by Steve's work ethic, pleasant manner and reasonable prices. As a result, I engaged his company to complete the final touches on my home which included putting up doors, laying down carpet in the storage areas, installing a lock on the back gate etc. Since then, I have called on Steve to do multiple jobs around my home and he is always reliable and efficient.

    Steve did great work - on time, as quoted, with clear communication. Would definitely use again. He installed a drain, and damp-proofed and replastered the wall.

    Efficient and high quality damp proofing works

    I had S P Platinum carry out some damp proofing works on my house, and I’m really pleased with the results. Steve was quick to respond when I got in touch: he came out to look at the property and offered sensible, practical solutions rather than trying to push unnecessary work, which was very reassuring. The team were efficient, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable throughout the works. The workmanship was completed to a very high standard, and they left the property clean and tidy each day. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
