Waited all day and they didn’t turn up. Had to call a few days later to chase up what had happen and there was no good reason as to why they did not notify me of the no show. I rescheduled them coming and they showed up the 2nd time but did not bring the right equipment to do the job and made excuses about not having a long enough ladder or a water hose. Didn't clean floor properly, just shifted dirt to another area rather than cleaning it away So I am going to have to try and clean myself. Bird droppings still on window sill. I am out of pocket as need to find someone else to do the job again

Customer called for a quote to clean bird droppings on roof and just by the door. We gave her the quote and after that asked if we would fix for her bird spikes on the gutter. We told her it’s not what we normally do but will do it for free. We fixed the date of cleaning but a day to the cleaning date she texted to say the spikes had not arrived that she will let us know once they do. We didn’t hear from her until after a week when she asked if we are still coming. We confirmed the Thursday 18th of August. After we cleaned the roof she requested us to clean for her the gutters because there were bird poop. This we did free of charge and fixed the spikes for her as well. We had our own jet wash and cleaned the bird poop on the door steps front door and ground floor windows . Afterwards she wanted the whole front porch area cleaned free of charge against the initial agreement. We advised her that would be a different charge. When she went upstairs to check the roof cleaning,she noticed the window sill was not clean and requested us to do it. We had a short ladder which could not access the window sill and informed of the same. We requested access to the house to the window but she was not willing to let us in. She was not happy about us not having a long ladder. We advised her we normally don’t clean windows using ladders but high reach poles. We advised her that if she is not happy about the window sill we will not take the money. She finally paid us what she felt was our money’s worth which was 40% less the original cost.
