From the first contact Simon was extremely helpful, during the quote visit giving advice for what would work best for my requirements. I went ahead with two units being installed in two bedrooms, it only took about 3 weeks from accepting the quote to being installed. The work took two days and was carried professionally and with card, I am very happy with the quality of work and the finished installation and product. I would definitely recommend SPO Solutions to anyone interested in having AC installed or serviced.

Simon and his colleague paul did a great job. They arrived at 8 o’clock and work through to around six. Their attention to detail was very impressive and they tested the system to make sure it worked at the end of the day very thoroughly they check that we were happy and were pleasure to work with as well. Very pleased with the installation and the air-conditioning unit seems to be working very well. I’d recommend this team of installers.

We had a wonderful experience with SPO Solutions. Simon and team were installing our AC with the Great British weather throwing everything at them. They not only did this with competence they did it with a smile. We were consulted at every stage of the install and decisions clearly explained. Simon and Paul serviced our existing A2W heat pumps and installed a new A2A heat pump in our annexe. They were courteous, tidy and both went out of their way to explain how everything works.

They were available around 6-8 weeks from the quotation, but when they arrived they were polite, tidy and quick. 4 indoor and 2 outdoor units took 4 days to install and test.

Very good communication from the quotation to completion of installation. A split unit fitted with two indoor and one outdoor unit. Apart from the new units on the wall inside you wouldn’t believe any work had been completed. Everything neat ant tidy. Outside unit and conduit very discrete. All very quiet in operation.
