Sunil contacted me for further information. I supplied very precise instructions on what was required and very clear pictures of the work needed. Sunil then rang, obviously not actually having bothered reading the information sent and asked for everything again. I explained that he already had what he was asking for but then wanted it sending again. I explained that he already had pictures of existing kitchen and 3D images of kitchen but still wanting it sending again. I told him there was nothing else and to forget it to which he then hung up on me.

Sunil was very quick to answer my query, there was very open and speedy communication. He came out the next day to complete the job and told me exactly what to buy. The work was completed to a high standard and I am very very happy with the results.
