1.67 Emergency call out, replace consumer unit

Replaced consumer unit, however work was not satisfactory or safe, neither was any paperwork provided, despite repeated requests. A further electrician noted issues with the wiring, had to correct the work carried out by Steve. Following this, I was advised that Steve would attend to re-check & provide certificate as per legal requirement, alongside receipt I requested for the work paid for. Failed to show up (on more than one occasion) & failed to provide documents as promised (repeatedly) I have been left with no other option than to take further action. Steven, Was tasked to do my elderly family member’s house Re-wire. His time keeping, communication and the quality he showed was second to none. A real credit to the industry.
