Derek arrived promptly despite it being a Sunday. He was pleasant, polite and explained things as he worked. He fixed the leak and a subsequent problem that had occurred due to switching the water on and off.

Derek was professional, reliable, and carried out the work to a very high standard. He thoroughly checked the system, rerouted the pipework, and revisited to make sure everything was functioning properly. His careful approach gave me real peace of mind. Derek Hill of Splash Plumbers and his assistant, Iggy, spent six weeks refurbishing our main bathroom, en-suite shower room and downstairs cloakroom/toilet including ceilings, wall tiling, bathroom furniture, toilet & sink units and shower enclosures. He employed subcontractors for tiling, carpentry and electrical work. Throughout, Derek and his team worked safely with diligence, commitment and skill in their respective disciplines. Derek showed commendable attention to detail and achieved high quality with the end product. He communicated well with his customers and is highly recommended.

I’m very pleased with the water mixer replacement carried out by Derek. He made every effort to fit me into his schedule the next day, which I really appreciated. His pricing was very competitive compared to six other plumbers I contacted. Derek was patient, thorough, and demonstrated excellent workmanship throughout the job. Highly recommended!

Derek was very punctual and professional. He did a great job with a very challenging toilet that had a lot of old pipes. He changed the saniflo system and had to come back again to replace a part, he did asap. Highly recommend Derek!
