I recently had herringbone flooring installed in my home and I’m absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. I gave 10 stars review previously as the work seems good at night. Roman is new to lvt flooring and he gave me wrong advice ragarding thickness causing me having to cancel order multiple times. i wasnt confiden with him but he promised will come back and fix if any issue. So I recruited him and gave good review. Now I found a lvt bum due to rubbish when he stickon which is obvious when stepping on. Also gaps. Roman refused to fix. I am totally disappointed that he broke his promise and regret gave him 10 star review. Also he posted my room photo without asking for my permission.
