Got 8 quotes, 3 shortlisted, asked for copies of contracts and specs etc. Easy decision. Chose Spinnaker. James is a very professional and personable man who's brilliant at keeping me up to date with what's going on. From builders, to his team and then plasterers. Extremely quick and kept the site really clean. Really pleased with end result and going to order patio doors next from them.

10/10 experience with Spinnaker. James replied to my initial contact almost immediately and we organised a time for him to come out and take measurements. The work was completed within a week, communication was excellent throughout, the fitters arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The price was also very competitive. Would highly recommend.

I had 6 large windows and 1 smaller bathroom window replaced. From the initial quote, communication was good and James was quick to respond to any questions I had. All work was completed within 2 days and the team left each room clean and tidy once the windows had been replaced. They were happy to move items of furniture (sofa) for me so they could access windows. I am really pleased with the work, it has made such a difference and for such a competitive price. Our kitchen window needed replacement of a blown unit. We contacted James following a recommendation and he came round quickly to measure the unit and then arranged fitting at a time convenient to us. The work was carried out quickly, carefully and with no mess left behind. All in all a great experience and we will definitely be keeping them in mind should we need a new window/door. Thank you!
