We had a repair carried out on our appliance and were assured that we had a year’s warranty. The repair lasted 3 months and then the same issue arose. We have Co reacted the company 6 times now to ask them to come and honour the guarantee and they have not bothered to co tact is. We are now £150 worse off with a still broken appliance. This is really disappointing. Please don’t use this company.

These guys were a delight to work with. Rob was very knowledgeable, great experience, easy going, informative, punctual and on time. Megan (office) easy to communicate with and very helpful. Seriously I could not have asked for better all round service. Competitive rates and very fair pricing too. I will definitely be calling these guys again for any and all my kitchen appliances if in need of future repair

The team (Rob and Megan) are a credit to their wonderful business. Great service, delivered quickly and efficiently. The part needed was obtained by Rob in a couple of days and fitted and back to A1 in no time. Can't recommend them highly enough! 👌🙏

Communication with Megan was excellent. Robert attended next day and replaced faulty plug after making essential checks on reason for plug fuse blow.
