I hired Spick & Span for a “deep clean” at £120. It was surprisingly short for what was meant to be a deep clean. I agreed, as it was required before weekly cleans. Communication soon became impossible. Messages ignored, appointments missed, endless chasing. The final clean was rushed and poor. I had to re-clean it all myself. Two cleaners, four rooms, all cleaned in under 30 mins!?! Fauve said she’d pass my number to a new cleaner after the first one vanished, but no one contacted me. This is when I finally called it a day. I don’t understand the good reviews.
