So glad to have found them and that they could come same day. Sam worked through the issue very logically to track down the fault to one circuit, so we got heat and power back on all the rest, even though the fault on the remaining circuit has yet to be traced. Let's hope that can happen without a megga-invoice! Thanks for responding so quickly..
