The engineers were punctual, knowledgeable, and maintained a high standard of workmanship throughout. They ensured that everything was installed correctly and took the time to explain the system’s operation clearly before leaving. The site was left clean and tidy, which I greatly appreciated.

  Shane was great - He was very clear with communication throughout; also clear on pricing and expectations of the job (Full strip down service and review of boiler vibration noises). He was flexible with timing and able to fit me in on the same day too. Will be in contact again if I need further work done.

  Excellent service and repair on my Worcester Bosch boiler. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed and serviced it very quickly. Highly recommend his expertise and friendly approach! 5 stars!

  Amazing service!

  We called Shane early on a Saturday morning in the hope someone would be able to come out and help us as we had no heating. Despite it being a Saturday, and also having other jobs on, he made it to us by 3pm and replaced our central heating pump within an hour and a half. He was professional, friendly and really informative about his work, talking us through each step and offering advice on the way. He made sure everything was working before he left and cleaned up after himself (even though he didn’t have to!). We will definitely be using this company in future. Thank you so much!
