When we contacted Spencer Reynolds Architecture, our house was on the market and we were planning to move, but couldn’t find anything suitable without spending far more. Ed took the time to understand how we live, what we wanted, and our budget, never suggesting ideas without discussing costs first. Instead of a basic bolt on extension, he redesigned the layout and created something that feels like it has always been part of the house. Something we get a lot of compliments for. We liked it so much we took the house off the market and started right away. Highly recommended !

Me used Spencer Reynolds Architecture to create the drawings for planning an extension to submit to the local authority!! Very helpful in planning the layout and advising on us on what was possible and where to locate everything! Any aspects of the drawing that needed to be addressed was completed quickly without hesitation and resubmitted for planning permission!!
