I called them to give me a free quote to supply and install a freesat satellite dish and it re align the present TV aerial. when they arrived they said they needed to get up to the aerial mast to check if it would support the dish. They found it wobble and said it needed replacing and immediately started taking things apart without giving me a quote . They replaced the mast and insisted on fitting a new aerial which was not asked for and fitted a dish with cabling . The final bill was £774.00 !!! I was totally pressurised from the start and no sign of the 10% discount for OAPs.
