We agreed a price and time to do urgent works and then they didn't show up without any notification - I had to chase them afterwards to ask why the lights still weren't fixed. Only when contacted did they give an explanation and promised to complete the works Saturday morning, but once again they ghost us: no attendance no communication, no response to "what happened" queries. Very frustrating, because the urgent works would have been completed much sooner if we had chosen a more reliable contractor from the start, rather than relying on Speedy Property's promises.

If you are after professionals who can carry out big or small jobs to an exceptional standard, providing high quality service throughout, at a very good price, you can’t go wrong with Speedy Property Services. Booked them for assembling a double bed and the job was carried out quickly, efficiently and immaculately. I have no hesitation in using them again for future jobs as I know it will be in safe hands. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Great service and very friendly. Completed a job in the kitchen and sealing any holes around the property. I’ll highly recommend and will use again in future. They are able to take on various different types of work. Thanks again!

I left a message on Checkatrade on Monday afternoon and on Monday evening I had a response . Leo contacted me with a time and an acceptable price and arrived earlier having notified me first. He did a perfect job was very pleasant and I would definitely call him again should the need arise .
