  planning permission for roof terrace

  Gvidas was professional, prompt, and produced excellent plans. He adjusted the plans multiple times until they represented our preferences, and then handled the entire submission for planning permission with the council. The council then proceeded to dawdle on our application for over 1 year, but Gvidas was active in communicating with us and the council (when they responded...) and eventually got our application approved, despite some last minute requests from the council. Outstanding service all round!

  drawings for rear extension

  I didn't know where to start with my rear extension at all and speedy plans explained the whole process to me, obtained planning approval and building control approval, and managed the whole process on my behalf. Compared to a few other quotes I got, their fees were also more affordable
