Emmanuel was a really pleasant young man who was very focused on getting our job done as quickly as possible. He was very courteous and very good at tidying up after his work and would recommend him to anybody.

Tried to carry out a job he clearly was not capable of which resulted in an expensive bespoke shelf being damaged Employed to put up a floating shelf using threaded rods and resin (which came with full instructions) He decided that resin wasn’t needed and drilled two 10mm holes and managed to hammer the 12mm rods into them. Covered the shelf with a glove and started hammering the shelf onto the rods (which is what caused the damage) Shelf extremely far from level and needed removing. I stopped him from using a crow bar and asked him to leave when he suggested an angle grinder

Emmanuel worked very well. He communicated well and kept me up to date with dates and times. I am very pleased with the result.
