We were introduced to Garry when browsing online for a surveyor in the Redditch area, and elected to choose him owing to his overwhelmingly positive reviews- and we weren’t disappointed! From initial quotation to receiving the report, Garry kept us updated with his progress and findings, and was a pleasure to do business with. What makes Garry worthy of a 5 star review though is the ‘after care’ of his report. We had an unexpected special condition placed on our mortgage due to a roofing issue, and Garry went above and beyond to ensure the necessary reports were composed. Thank you Garry!!

Garry is absolutely brilliant. He has undertaken x2 level 3 surveys for us on x2 different properties. Both times the survey was done quickly and efficiently - the second one was even quicker by our request and Garry very helpfully compared both properties. As FTB’s, we were nervous, but Garry has been so easy to talk to and put our mind at ease. We know we can quite easily reach out to him if we have any questions or anything. Also, cannot go wrong with the price at all - so worth it. Could not recommend enough. Also, shoutout to Kerry who does all the bookings and bits in the background!

Garry was very easy to work with and provided a great quote very quickly with plenty of explanation. He was able to arrange to see the property and provided a fantastic report that was highly detailed and contained really useful suggestions. He always replied to messages quickly and explained things very well, I'd definitely recommend him.
