Gary was professional, thorough and communicative. His report was excellent and highlighted the areas that need immediate attention, in particular the roof and drainage. Very highly recommended.

We had Garry over to look at our deboned floor tiles in our property back in March. He was very accommodating and was able to fit us into his busy schedule at short notice which we really appreciated. Garry produced a thorough report which promoted an individual assessment from the NHBC inspectors. Unfortunately on this occasion the floor tiles weren’t covered by the NHBC but we appreciate Garry’s professionalism and have no hesitation in recommending Garry.

Garry did a homebuyer journey for us for a property we were considering buying. He was a real pleasure to work with.
