    Level 3 Survey

    We had a level 3 survey carried out on the house we were purchasing. The report itself was super thorough and helpful. Unfortunately, it took 2 weeks after the survey was conpleted to receive it as he was sick. Otherwise would definitely recommend.

    Fantastic in depth report

    First class service! We had a full survey completed to a property, the surveyor called us on the day to have a chat about his findings and immediate concerns. The report was concise, extremely informative and detailed. It was well written and could be understood clearly with photos to assist. The outcome of the report also saved us £9k in renegotiation! This is now our second survey we have had and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Would thoroughly recommend! 10/10!!

    Good report just a slight delay in receiving the report

    Full building Survey carried out on a property, report was good one or two errors, the only downside was a slight delay in the report which 5-7 working days was suggested but took 9-10 working days which if it was communicated that there would of been a slight delay this would have been fine, had to chase.

    Thanks for your feedback it’s really appreciated. I did explain that I have been really unwell which lead to the delay and as it’s only myself that does the reports it did lead to the unexpected delay so apologies for that. We try to keep standards high

    Fair, honest and best job I could expect

    Garry and his team surveyed a property I’m buying recently and gave an incredibly thorough report and was a lot of help with follow up questions putting our mind at rest for purchasing a new property.     Brilliant in-depth Level 3 building survey!

    We had an LVL 3 Building survey completed for our purchase. Overall experience with Garry was really good! The report was in depth with plenty information and recommendations. Garry supplied a file link with lots of pictures of the property internally and externally! We we’re so impressed as there were some damp and cracks that we missed. We were also able to renegotiate our offer following supplying all the pictures and report as evidence with all the findings. Garry was lovely and on point with communication. Amazing value for what you. Would highly recommend!!
