Garry did a homebuyer journey for us for a property we were considering buying. He was a real pleasure to work with. We discussed with him our potential concerns so he could take a closer look during his visit. Garry did a very thorough survey and a report that listed everything to do with the property. With all the information he provided, we were able to make a final decision.

The building survey report is comprehensive, easy to understand, with relevant photos included in the appropriate sections. Garry kept me informed throughout the process, and was happy to answer any questions I had.

As a first time buyer it would be good for picture to states what they relate to interns of items mentioned as on occasion it took some time to work out He was available to speak on the telephone to answer any questions.
