Sean phoned us within a couple of hours of posting query on checkatrade site. He gave us a very competitive quote for fixing the snapped cables especially as he said he would come out the next day which was Easter Sunday. He arrived right on time & completed the job. Needed a repair if possible, or replacement for a Cardale Easylift door in Georgian style on a coach house, so it needed to match the other garages as closely as possible. Cardale have been taken over, so it was a real problem trying o find someone who could repair a broken spring bar with the right part, or replace the door with a competitive quote. Sean was not able to do the repair, but he did price match for a new door and could do the job immediately, so this solved the problem. Fast, efficient service, and the new Hörmann door is a great improvement over the original.
