Responded to my initial enquiry quickly. Offered a date to carry out assessment of work and quote. Dan arrived on time and explained the best approach to reduce the crown and re balance the overall appearance of the tree. It's a large lime tree the front of our property adjacent to a road and pavement. I received a phonecall a few days later, saying they'd had a cancellation and could start the work. The team of 3 arrived, confirmed with me re the work required and how they intended to do the work. Three great guys turned up on time, despite the snow. They were very polite and considerate, very efficient, tidy and did exactly what was asked of them. Needed clearance of tree stumps, bamboo bush and hedge trimming. From first contact until completion of the job Special Branch were a delight to deal with.
