Spearco carried out the following works: -Demolition of internal and external walls. -Demolition of loft space floor to form new vaulted ceiling space. -Alterations to existing roof, and forming new openings for rooflights. -New openings for new front door, bi-folds and windows including all steelwork. -Below slab drainage internally and external drainage to link with existing. James was in direct contact with the Structural Engineer and Building Control Inspector, so all works were completed ready for sign off. If any issues arose, James was very proactive to resolve and offer solutions.

Very please with every aspect of the work that they did

The patio which was done originally was done by a different company and was done to a poor standard, so Spearco Construction came and took up the patio and replaced it to a very high standard, super pleased with the finished patio and I would recommend them to everyone.

Jack and James were brilliant. They really supported us throughout the process and delivered exactly what we were expecting to a really high standard. Of particular note, they took ownership of every single problem that we came accross and solved it. They will reinvent the stereotype with this approach. Would highly recommend.
