I hired this builder to restore original brick colour and repoint the front of my house

Top half repointing- Acceptable
Lower half repointing- Poor
Work Quality Standard- Substandard
Professionalism- Severely Lacking
Experience- A Nightmare
Now 19 days past agreed completion date due to continual mistakes made by this builder and instead of taking responsibility and making things right promptly he treats correcting these as doing me a favour and doing it when it suits him
Asked him not to come back he just got very threatening

I found Dawn very difficult to work for throughout the duration of this job. There were repeated changes to agreed details, which significantly delayed progress and increased costs.
The mortar colour was changed three times at Dawn’s request. Initially, I completed the work using a red mortar, which looked very good and was approved at the outset. I have photographic evidence of this. Dawn later decided she did not want this colour and requested a magnolia mortar, which is extremely difficult to achieve in practice. I returned and carried out the change. I accept that the magnolia finish did
