2 Poor Quality Job and Ignores Complaints

Job location: AL7Had James and the team come and do a paved driveway for us. Looked ok at first then spotted loads of the bricks were cracked and really badly cut. Sand hadn't been compacted properly either. Tried to contact James with my concerns and was ignored completely - calls and texts. We have ended up paying a more reputable company to come and sort things out. Avoid them!Response from S P Developments

Job location: EN9Let’s start by saying that I would only leave a review if it was that it was in other perspective customers interest. From the first call to the project being completed James and his team were first class. The advice and forward thinking not only saved time but also money that other contractors said was needed. Nothing seemed to much trouble as we made a few changes which was carried out with no issues. So I would recommend James and his company to anyone who is looking for a good contractor at a reasonable price who cares about service and customer satisfaction.
